As for me, squatting for 5 minutes or less start to tingle (for feet) works best.

I have 2 herniated discs and a ruptured disc, there are about 25 years. When painkillers do not work, what I do, especially if it no time to slow down.

Another good exercise is to lay on the ground, bring each knee (one after the other, of course) on the chest and hold for a few seconds. It woks similar to the occupation, a form of traction.

The toxicity in the body, constipation, gas, heartburn, disorders of the organs in advance of the issue in order to define the nerves in the back, next to the spine cause problems therefore generally pain.
None of this is to be treated with medication. There is no drug in the world for the treatment of back pain, back pain or Crvical.
We treat back pain with the help of our investigation within 10 minutes!
Our success is based on over 90% without medication.
Acupuncture is the best therapy for back pain, sciatica, and in particular, but as a master practitioner else should result in May to zero. Only a combination of one point made the difference.
Yog is also good, but the teacher should have knowledge of anatomy to ask. Meditation is the best solution.

Sciatica is usually clinically in a pyramidal syndrome, a herniated disc which means that one or more of your buttocks are low, without innervation your butt and does not require a stimulus. If you are able to walk without great pain, I suggest trying to go one step with longer legs than you normally increase the contraction of the muscles of the buttocks to. The most active of these muscles is the piriformis muscle, which facilitates the sciatic nerve is compressed and does not pinch them to your pain. In addition, try to face a wall and put the leg back as far as possible on the muscles of the buttocks to contract.

Even lying on his back, sat down on one knee close to his chest as possible, and cook for 2 minutes at a time. To do this all day with both feet. This should help give you relief.

Ice in the painful areas, not heat!
Good luck!

Yoga is one of the best exercises you can do. It will strengthen your muscles and relieve back pain. Find a course near you, and then start as soon as possible.

Stretching can certainly help, even if it is a book titled "Treat Your Own Back", which is very instructive. You can from the Amazon.
