Can normal running shoes be used for cross country running? - cross country running shoes
I run a pair of Nike women, and I will join the team skiing in my school in the fall. But I'm not sure if I should be in front of the ski tips, so I use my Nike running shoes.
Help please?

If the weight of your Nike are really bright, then it should be good ... I would recommend against the advice ... Even if they are light and Flexable crosscounty courses sometimes cast in concrete. annnd summit in concrete is a no, no.
