Cash Back Insurance Do I Have To Repair My Car Or Can I Keep The Insurance Cash/check?

Do I have to repair my car or can I keep the insurance cash/check? - cash back insurance

I was influenced a driver who admitted it was all her fault. I sat down with his insurance company to a complaint that (check one expert to the damage and then I got a check for $ 500 I hope) sent file.

I have an appreciation of a body shop in good standing for $ 1200 Originally I wanted to repair the damage, and they told me my body shop is responsible for negotiating with the insurance for an additional review will be (to a different test for the level of assistance to approximately 1,200) would be.

By certain factors, now I need money and prefer to keep it repaired after receiving my car.

Questions - a reason, negotiating to keep a check? If the additional test given to me or to me and the Body Shop? And more importantly, I can cash the check (s) and do not fix my car? I did nothing unethical. Thank you for your help.

You can file a complaint against another person file, and put the money. It is entirely up to you, your car fixed or not. But once your payment is $ 500 as a review of a legal contract with your insurance and you do not get more money. Call your agent and tell him not to accept this review and to fight out once a larger amount of money, then you can keep it and not his car. And just because your car is broken, does not mean that your insurance will change. Premiums are on the make and model of your vehicle on record, your age, your journey and where you live. It has nothing to do with the quality of your vehicle to do. Hope this helps:)

You can keep it, but who runs a small car with a blow, and when you renew your insurance, the car lowers the value of the damage.

Advice is directly responsible to the body shop. You can redeem the check, but no further negotiations with the insurance is canceled at this point. My advice is to repair the car, then get a loan against the car for the money you need.

First, if you make a check to redeem supp then the first gave you. Because if that is what we are saying that the price was agreed, for the repair .. Wait until you check to give Supp. But you can basically, if you check a workshop of their choice just for you, but if a shop where they work, then it is for you, and The Body Shop .. Once done PMT see what I do with it. Cuz that damage is documented, CLM u can not go back ..

The $ 500 he received came from the insurance company of women, because what you think you should get.

The Body Shop offers a budget and is responsible for all the work for the car, but is more than $ $ 500 for it and then you can fork an additional entitlement to an additional $ 700-file. So basically, I saw no money.

If you need money, cash, $ 500 and that's it, even if The Body Shop said it was $ 1200 dollars in damages. Your car will not rest and who is richer dollars to $ 500.

But later, when you repair the car, you can on your own below. Your out of pocket when you have finished collision insurance to pay and can Dedective can never in your policy. Check with your agent.
